Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of codebuzzers.com. They also set out the general basis on which CodeBuzzers Technologies Pvt Ltd quotes and delivers work — but a signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement always takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this website

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy the site’s design, code or written content for commercial reuse, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Content on this site

Descriptions of services, timelines and technology are general information, not an offer or a guarantee. Figures we publish about the company are accurate at the date shown. Client work shown in the portfolio is published with the client’s permission; screenshots reflect the product at the time of capture and clients may change their sites at any time. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

Quotes and engagements

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal and cover the scope described in it.
• Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts, not billed silently.
• Payment terms, milestones and deliverables are set in the signed proposal.
• Either party may end an engagement on the notice set out in that agreement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the work: source code, design files and documentation produced for your project transfer to you. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks used to build it, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered product. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the work in our portfolio.

Confidentiality

Information you share while scoping or during a project is treated as confidential and used only to do the work. We will sign your NDA where you have one.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that work is performed with reasonable skill and care, and we correct defects reported within the warranty period set out in your agreement. Beyond that, this website and its content are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction — unless a signed agreement with you specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here on the date shown is the one that applies to use of the website.
