weekend batch, finally got the crumb right
Targeting has narrowed and the algorithm now finds the audience on its own. What still separates accounts is whether the work in front of that audience is worth stopping for — so we run Facebook and Instagram as a creative discipline, not a settings panel.

Your AC dies at 11pm. Now what?
Technician at your door in 90 minutes. Any night, any brand.
Most concepts lose. That is the method, not a failure.
An account plateaus when it tests budgets and placements against four versions of one idea. We produce distinct concepts — different hook, format and objection — give each enough budget to reach significance, and scale the one that holds.

Eight retired, one scaled — and the next cycle starts before this winner fatigues. Creative decay is the real constraint on paid social.
Signal: browser vs server
The same 20 conversions, sent two ways. One path loses events to tracking prevention; the other does not.
An account optimising on partial data gets quietly worse while the dashboard still looks fine. Event deduplication is what stops the fix double-counting.
Eight workstreams, in the order they pay off.
Not a menu to pick from — a sequence. The foundation gates everything after it, which is why it is first and why we will not sell you content while the site cannot be read.

Four stages. The last one never really ends.
Stages one and two are a project with a finish line. Stage four is the part that compounds — and stopping it is what makes rankings slide back.

Scale what holds
ongoingWinners scaled carefully, losers retired, and new concepts fed in continuously — creative fatigue is the constraint on paid social.
When paid social is the right instrument.
Meta creates demand. If demand already exists and people are searching for it, that budget usually works harder in Search — and we will say so.
A good fit when
- Your product can be understood, and wanted, in a few seconds of video or a single image.
- You are creating demand rather than waiting for someone to search — new category, new brand, impulse purchase.
- You can produce or approve fresh creative regularly. Paid social consumes creative faster than any other channel.
- You have retargeting value: an audience that visits, browses or abandons.
Probably not yet when
- The purchase needs long consideration and a procurement process. Meta can start that conversation but rarely finishes it alone.
- There is no capacity to produce new creative. An account running the same three ads will decay regardless of how it is managed.
- Your margins cannot survive a testing period. Paid social costs money to learn before it makes money.
Meta advertising, answered plainly.
Do you manage both Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes — they are the same ad account and the same auction. We manage placements across Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories and Audience Network together, and let performance rather than preference decide where budget concentrates.
Do you produce the creative, or do we?
We can do either, and we are explicit about which in the proposal. Where you have a brand team producing assets we direct and test them; where you do not, we produce static and video concepts in-house. What does not work is running an account with no new creative — that is the fastest route to a flat month.
How much budget do we need to start?
Enough that each creative concept can gather meaningful data rather than a handful of impressions. The specific number depends on your cost per result and how many concepts are being tested; we size it during the audit rather than quoting a figure that fits every business.
How does iOS tracking affect results?
App Tracking Transparency reduced the signal browser-based pixels can send back, which is why we implement the Conversions API server-side alongside the pixel with proper event deduplication. Accounts still running pixel-only tracking are optimising on partial data and usually do not know it.
Who owns the ad account and the pixel data?
You do. We work inside your Business Manager, or set one up in your name. The account, the pixel, the audiences and the creative stay yours if the engagement ends.
Can you improve lead quality, not just cost per lead?
That is usually the real brief. Cheap leads are easy; leads your sales team wants to call are not. We instrument what happens after the form and optimise toward the qualified outcome, which often raises cost per lead and lowers cost per customer.
Should we run Meta Ads or Google Ads?
If people already search for what you sell, start with Google — capturing existing demand is cheaper than creating it. If nobody is searching because the category is new or the purchase is impulsive, start with Meta. Most established businesses eventually run both, with Meta creating the demand that Search then captures.
How long before we know if it is working?
You get directional data within days and a defensible read after the first testing cycle — typically four to six weeks, depending on budget and conversion volume. A single week of paid social tells you about one creative, not about the channel.
Show us the account and the last three months of creative.
That pair tells us more than a brief does — whether the problem is targeting, tracking, or simply that the audience has seen the same ad too many times.
