Phase 02 — Understanding your business

Can this become successful product?

Before we design anything, we sit with you and pull the business apart. Five questions decide whether an idea is a product or an expensive hobby.

Who actually pays for this?

The buyer and the user are rarely the same person. We design for both, or the product stalls at procurement.

What do people use instead of you today?

Usually a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, or nothing at all. That is your real competitor — not the funded startup.

Where is the money leaking?

One broken step in signup can cost more revenue in a quarter than an entire redesign costs once.

What has to be true twelve months from now?

We plan for the product you will have, not only the version you can afford to build first.

What would make someone switch to you?

Products win on one obvious reason to change. Twelve features is not a reason.

GO / NO-GO

You leave this phase with a straight answer, a scope you can budget, and the one metric the product has to move.

It is the least glamorous week of the project and the one that saves the most money. As a UX design agency we would rather kill a bad feature on paper than ship it twice.

Phase 03 — Planning the product

Every screen earns its place, or it is not built.

We map who uses the product, what they came to do, and the shortest route between the two. What comes out is a build order you can quote, staff and schedule.

Service 01 — Wireframing & Prototyping

Click it before
you build it.

Grey boxes first. No colour, no logo, no opinions about blue — only whether the thing works.

Then it becomes clickable. You use the product on your own phone weeks before development starts.

Service 02 — Mobile App Design

We design apps people keep.

The first 20 seconds

People decide whether to keep an app in under half a minute. The first screen shows value, not a tour.

One obvious next action

Every screen answers a single question. Nobody has to think about where to tap.

One hand, bad signal

Real people use your app on a train, holding a coffee. We design for that, not for a demo.

A reason to come back

Retention is designed, not hoped for. We build the moment that pulls people back on Tuesday.

NORTHLINE — FLEET SOFTWARE

Know where every truck is, without calling anyone.

Live tracking, fuel logs and driver hours in one place. Set up in an afternoon.

Service 03 — Website Design Services

Websites that pay for themselves.

VISITOR → ENQUIRY

1.4%

01

One promise, one action

Above the fold we say what you do and what to do next. Nothing competes with it.

02

Proof before the pitch

Visitors believe other customers before they believe your copy. Proof comes second, not last.

03

Three fields, not eleven

Every extra form field costs enquiries. We ask for what sales actually needs.

04

Same page on a phone

Over half your visitors arrive on mobile. The layout changes. The offer does not.

3.3×

more enquiries from the same traffic

Landing page design work pays back before the next ad campaign does.

1.9s

to first meaningful paint

Fast pages rank higher and lose fewer people on mobile data.

0

redesigns needed in year two

You get a system your team can extend, not a page nobody dares touch.

Phase 07 — Industries

Yes — we have designed for your industry.

We do not arrive with a template. We arrive having already learned how your customers behave, what they fear, and where deals fall apart.

01

Fintech & Lending

Trust is the product. We design flows where handing over money and documents never feels risky.

61% faster KYC completion

02

Healthcare & Clinics

Patients are stressed and staff are busy. Screens have to be readable in three seconds, not three minutes.

2.4× more online bookings

03

Logistics & Fleet

Drivers use one hand, in daylight, on bad signal. Everything else is decoration.

6 hrs/week of calls removed

04

Retail & D2C

Every extra tap between wanting and buying is revenue leaving the building.

+34% checkout completion

05

B2B SaaS Platforms

Powerful software fails on day one if nobody can find the feature they paid for.

-38% onboarding drop-off

06

EdTech & Training

Learners quit when progress is invisible. We design momentum people can see.

+47% course completion

07

PropTech & Real Estate

Buyers compare on emotion and decide on detail. Both have to live on the same screen.

3× longer listing sessions

08

Manufacturing & ERP

Shop-floor software is used in gloves, in noise, under pressure. It has to be blunt and fast.

−52% data entry errors

Phase 09 — Why CodeBuzzers

Plenty of studios can make it look good. Fewer can make it work.

We read your numbers, not just your brief

Every project starts with the metric your business needs to move. Design decisions get argued against that, not against taste.

One team from idea to launch

Designers and engineers sit together. Nothing is lost in a handover, because there is no handover.

Fixed scope, weekly demos

You see working screens every Friday. No project disappears for a month and comes back wrong.

You own everything

Source files, design system and documentation are yours on day one. No lock-in, no ransom.

We stay after launch

The first ninety days are measured and tuned. That is when a product either takes hold or quietly dies.

A product your customers understand, your team can extend, and your business can grow on.

Phase 09 — Let’s discuss your product

Tell us what you are building.

Bring an idea, a half-built product or a website that stopped converting. In thirty minutes you will know what we would design first, in what order, and what it costs.

01

You talk, we ask

Thirty minutes on your business, your customers and your deadline.

02

Scope and price in three days

A written plan with phases, screens and a number you can take to your board.

03

Design starts in two weeks

First working screens in your hands by the end of week one.

CodeBuzzers product design services

We work as a product design company and UI UX design company for founders and teams across India and abroad — wireframing services, prototyping services, mobile app design, website design services, landing page design and responsive website design, delivered by one team from first sketch to launch.

Questions clients ask before they hire a UX design agency

What does a product design company actually do?
We turn a business idea into a product people can use. That means understanding your business, planning what to build, wireframing and prototyping it, then designing the mobile app and website your customers will actually see.
How do you validate my idea before development starts?
We wireframe the product and turn it into a clickable prototype you can use on your own phone. Real users test it before a developer writes a line of code, so broken flows cost a day to fix instead of a sprint.
Do you offer wireframing and prototyping services separately?
Yes. Many clients start with wireframing and prototyping only, to prove the concept and get an accurate development quote before committing to a full build.
How do you design mobile app experiences people keep using?
We design for the first twenty seconds, one obvious action per screen, one-handed use on a poor connection, and a clear reason to open the app again next week. Retention is designed, not hoped for.
How do you design websites that convert visitors into customers?
One promise and one action above the fold, proof before the pitch, and forms that ask for three things instead of eleven. Every page is built responsive, so the offer holds on a phone.
Which industries do you design products for?
Fintech and lending, healthcare, logistics and fleet, retail and D2C, B2B SaaS, EdTech, PropTech and manufacturing. We learn how your customers behave before we design anything.
How long does a product design project take?
A launchable first phase is typically six weeks of design, from discovery to developer-ready screens. You see working screens every Friday.
Do we own the design files?
Yes. Source files, the design system and its documentation are yours from day one. There is no lock-in and no licence to renew.
